Addae Kwakye

Addae Kwakye has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as a Peer Educator at Advocates for Youth. In 2012, they worked as a Fellow at Young People For The American Way and concurrently as a Client Service Representative and a Student Orientation Counselor at Eastern Connecticut State University. In 2013, they became a Client Supervisor at Perception Programs, Inc. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Operations Coordinator at Mikva Challenge DC. In 2016, Kwakye joined The Young Women's Project as a Reproductive Justice Program Associate, then transitioned to become the Reproductive Justice Program Coordinator in 2018. In 2018, they began working at The Management Center, starting as a Temporary Office Assistant, then progressing to Operations Coordinator in 2019, Operations Manager in 2020, and currently serving as the Director of Operations from January 2022 onwards.

Addae Kwakye obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women and Gender Studies from Eastern Connecticut State University from 2011 to 2015. In addition, Addae also obtained an IT Fundamentals certification from CompTIA in October 2018.
