Carmen McClaskey

Carmen McClaskey is an accomplished communications leader with a robust background in internal communications and engagement, currently serving as a Partner at The Management Center since May 2019. Previously, Carmen held the position of Vice President for Internal Communications at Gartner, where notable achievements included leading communication efforts during an acquisition and participating in the 2018 Gartner Leadership Development Program. Carmen's career also includes significant roles at CEB (now Gartner) where leadership and team management excellence was recognized multiple times, as well as strategic communication successes at Envision EMI, LLC. With a strong educational foundation including a Master's degree in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, Carmen has proven expertise in content strategy, stakeholder engagement, and professional development.
