Cosmo Fujiyama Ghaznavi

Cosmo Fujiyama Ghaznavi is a seasoned leader in the nonprofit sector with extensive experience in management training, strategic consulting, and social enterprise development. Currently serving as a Partner in Progressive Partnerships at The Management Center since January 2020, Cosmo utilizes expertise gained from previous roles, including Vice President at The Future Project and Managing Director at the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Social Impact Strategy, to empower organizations and individuals in achieving their goals. With a background as an Independent Consultant and Speaker since 2013, Cosmo specializes in coaching and facilitation. Educational credentials include an MPA in Public Management, Finance, and Social Entrepreneurship from New York University and a BA in American Studies and Women's Studies from William & Mary.
