Trisha Clingenpeel

Trisha Clingenpeel has a solid work experience in various roles and industries. Trisha started their career at Oakley in 2000 as an Assistant Manager, where they delivered excellent customer service and achieved high levels of sales performance. In 2004, they joined Western National Group as an Assistant Manager, where they demonstrated skills in understanding lease agreements, accepting rental payments, and maintaining accurate commission sheets. Trisha then moved to Camden Property Trust in 2007, initially as an Assistant Manager and later promoted to Community Manager in 2014. During their time at Camden Property Trust, they gained experience in managing communities and overseeing their operations. In 2018, Trisha joined The Management Trust as a Community Association Manager, where they currently hold their role.

Trisha Clingenpeel obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Real Estate from Irvine Valley College in 2005-2006. Prior to this, they received an Associate of Arts degree in Fashion from Saddleback College in 1999-2002. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Community Association Manager from CACM in April 2019.
