Steven Bergonzi

Steven Bergonzi is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at The Manhattan Behavioral Center since September 2022. Previously, Bergonzi held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Family of Kidz, where efforts were directed towards assembling skilled teams to support individuals with Autism and special needs. Additionally, Bergonzi served as the Assistant Director of Recruitment at Life's WORC, managing recruitment for various staff positions, and as Residential Manager at Community Mainstreaming Associates, providing essential oversight for residents. Steven Bergonzi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Iona University from 1990 to 1994.
