Vané Russo is the Cultural Director at The Manner, where they focus on creating transformative lifestyle experiences through atmosphere, service, and design. With a background as a fine artist and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Vané has previously held roles such as Assistant General Manager at The Montauk Beach House and La Esquina, and Restaurant and Bar Manager at The Hollywood Roosevelt, where they managed large teams and diverse operations. They also owned and operated Femme Fontaine BK from 2022 to 2024. Vané is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting at Escuela de Artes Plasticas de Puerto Rico.
