David Tracey

David Tracey has a strong background in the hospitality industry. David began their career in 1999 as the Owner & Director of STRATA, a Bar Restaurant, where they successfully managed the business until 2008. In 2009, they joined G1 Group PLC as the Director of Brands & Standards, a role they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, David worked at BrewDog as the Head of Retail Development. In 2016, they joined Manorview Group as the Head of Group Operations, and then progressed to become the Operations Director from 2017 to 2019.
