Tom Palisin

Tom Palisin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director of The Manufacturers' Association since September 2014. Previously, Palisin held multiple roles at the PA Department of Community and Economic Development, including Manufacturing and Life Sciences Ombudsman, Executive Director of the Technology Investment Office, and Acting Deputy Secretary of the Technology Investment Office. In these capacities, Palisin was responsible for various technology and innovation programs, advanced manufacturing initiatives, and advocating for manufacturers in Pennsylvania. Earlier in the career, Palisin worked as a Technology Investment Specialist and Economic Development Policy Analyst for the Pennsylvania State Government. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University.
