Emme Jaramillo

Emme Jaramillo is a Senior Implementation Consultant at The Marcus Buckingham Company, having joined in January 2022. Prior to this role, Emme held various positions at Schindler Elevator Corporation from 2008 to 2021, including NI Sales Process and Tools Manager and Project Leader for the mid-rise S5500 product. Responsibilities encompassed managing estimating tool transitions, leading change management initiatives, and developing project management tools that enhanced productivity and service times. Earlier experience includes serving as Purchasing and Logistics Manager for Ascensores Schindler de Colombia and as Supply Chain Team Lead for High-rise S7000, where Emme improved SAP fulfillment operations. Emme began the career as a Senior Engineer with Jardine Schindler Group, focusing on customizing bids and negotiating costs for projects across several Asian countries. Emme holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University.
