As Chief Communications Officer and Founder of Head-On Communications International, Kaye leads an international consulting and coaching firm, providing executive coaching and presentation skills training to leaders and entrepreneurs. Additionally, Kaye holds the role of Certified StandOut Debrief Coach and Master Facilitator at The Marcus Buckingham Company, specializing in helping individuals leverage their strengths for personal and professional development. Previous ventures include co-founding PhosLabs.com and establishing Touch With Intention™, a wellness practice focused on holistic approaches for professionals.
