Scott Heilman

Scott Heilman is an experienced implementation consultant currently serving as Principal Implementation Consultant at The Marcus Buckingham Company, an ADP Company, since December 2017. With a focus on engagement and performance solutions, Scott has previously held the position of Client Success Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand, where responsibility included driving client satisfaction and support for talent management solutions. Prior to this, Scott worked at Target, leading the implementation of the Taleo technology solution for talent management across a global workforce. Early career experience includes roles at Accenture, managing user interface design for health insurance systems and defining requirements for custom integration projects. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Math and Economics from Saint John's University.
