Xavier Hernández, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, organizational development, and leadership consulting. Currently serving as Managing Director and Principal at Meridian Consulting since January 2002, Xavier has led numerous initiatives in selection and hiring, culture transformation, change management, and talent development. Additionally, Xavier holds several senior consultant roles across various organizations, including RAC Leadership and Leadership Development Worldwide. With a strong foundation in psychology, including dual PhDs in Clinical and Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, Xavier has a commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness through tailored coaching and development strategies.
