Judy Gibaldi began their work experience in 1995 at The Marfan Foundation, where they served as the COO/CFO. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the finance, technology, human resources, and operations departments. Judy also managed special projects such as strategic planning and management consulting. In 2008, Judy became a guest speaker at Non-profit Seminars, discussing non-profit finance and governance issues. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at St. John's University.
Judy Gibaldi obtained a Graduate Certificate in Non-profit Management from Regis University in the year 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from St. John's University from 1975 to 1977. Judy'sBachelor's degree in Education was also completed at St. John's University, spanning from 1971 to 1975. In addition to their formal education, Judy also possesses certifications including CNAP (Certified Non-profit Accounting Professional) and SHRM Certification (Society Human Resource Management).
