Adrian Nelson

Adrian Nelson is a Group Fitness Instructor at Orangetheory Fitness, with experience in both fitness coaching and sales as a front desk associate. In addition, Adrian serves as a Part-Time Educator at The Maritime Aquarium at Norwalk, leading programs and ensuring safety around marine species. Previous roles include Remote Ecologist and Research Assistant Intern at the same institution, where Adrian conducted field research on marsh ecology and participated in a study on horseshoe crab populations while affiliated with Sacred Heart University. Adrian holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Sociology from Sacred Heart University, completed between 2016 and 2020.
