Tom Richer is currently working as the Inclusive Research & Community Manager at Open Inclusion, where Tom focuses on disability and age-inclusive research. Tom is also the Founder and Qualitative Researcher at The Bridge Between, which provides support for individuals like their autistic brother. Previously, Tom has held various roles in companies such as Market Research Society (MRS), differentology, and The Mix London. Tom graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Advertising Communications from Kingston University.
