Erik Nelson started their work experience in 1997 as an Art Director at TracyLocke, where they worked on national POS and retail programs for PepsiCo. Erik then moved up to become a Creative Director, overseeing concept, design, and production for various clients such as Harrah's Casinos and JCPenney. In 2002, Erik joined UPROAR! as a Group Creative Director, leading the pursuit and acquisition of the Hasbro boys business and implementing a more cost-effective television content production process. Erik was later promoted to Executive Creative Director and eventually became the Chief Creative Officer, overseeing all creative disciplines and leading new business pitches. In 2016, Erik joined The Marketing Arm as the VP - Group Concept Director.
Erik Nelson attended Campolido High School from 1989 to 1992. Erik then pursued their higher education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1992 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Art & Design.
