Kathleen Colditz has extensive work experience in the field of strategy and planning. Kathleen started their career in 1989 as a Jr. Planner at Saatchi & Saatchi. In 1992, they joined DDB where they held various roles in account planning until 2007. During this time, they also worked at Tracy Locke as a Senior Account Planner from 2006-2007. In 2007, they joined SWJ Dallas as the VP Director of Account Planning. In 2009, they moved to The Marketing Arm as the SVP of Planning, a role they held until 2017. From 2018 onwards, they have been serving as the EVP of Strategy and EVP of CE Strategy at The Marketing Arm.
From 1984 to 1988, Kathleen Colditz attended the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing and Advertising.
