Mike Maloney started their career as a Studio Designer at Schafer Condon Carter in 2010 and worked in that role until 2015. Mike then transitioned to become a Jr. Art Director, where they launched campaigns for Solo cup and worked on projects for the Chicago Cubs, Green Day, and the Foo Fighters. In 2017, they were promoted to Art Director and continued to work on various campaigns, including the Cubs' historic World Series season. In 2019, they became a Senior Art Director and worked on projects such as the Cubs All-star campaign, campaigns for the Indiana Fever and Federalist, and the UChicago/Chicago Sky partnership. In 2022, they joined TMA (The Marketing Arm) as an Associate Creative Director.
Mike Maloney attended Illinois State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Arts Technology/Cinema.
