Rob Neatherlin

Group Creative Director at The Marketing Arm

Rob Neatherlin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of creative directing and art direction. Rob began their career at Sixty Foot Spider in 1997, working as a Senior Art Director until 2000. Rob then transitioned to Tribal DDB Dallas, where they served as a Senior Art Director for three years. Neatherlin joined TracyLocke in 2003 as a Sr. Art Director before moving on to Ackerman McQueen in 2005, where they worked as an Associate Creative Director until 2007. Rob then worked as a Creative Director at Firehouse from 2007 to 2008 and at Rapp Global/Omnicom from 2008 to 2009. Neatherlin held the role of Vice President, Group Creative Director at Targetbase Dallas from 2009 to 2011 and is currently serving as Group Creative Director at TMA since 2011.

Rob Neatherlin attended Texas Tech University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design Communication. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
