Sally Pearson has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2006, they worked as a Program Manager for the International Visitor Leadership Program at the Minnesota International Center. Sally directed a team and collaborated with local leaders in areas such as refugee integration and ESL programs. From 2007 to 2009, they served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for LEAD Group of Minnesota, where they helped create a strategic plan for capacity building within the African community. Additionally, in 2008, they led a delegation and spoke at the "Making Integration Work" Refugee Integration Conference in Norway.
Sally then worked as an Inventory Manager and Shipment Coordinator at Global Links from 2009 to 2013. Sally implemented the Toyota Way business model for continuous improvement and optimized inventory efficiency through system customization. During this time, they managed logistics across partner countries in Latin America and the Caribbean.
From 2012 to 2013, Sally was a member of the Reuse Technology Collaborative, where they organized a collection of nonprofits and implemented a new IT system for managing reuse inventory. Sally also attracted local funders and drafted a strategic plan for growth.
Sally then joined Momentum Worldwide in 2013, where they served as an Inventory Control Manager, optimizing inventory usage and implementing new processes for greater control. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Manager, Operations and Inventory, overseeing government contract budgets and facilitating daily account operations with a focus on efficiency and project transparency.
In 2019, Sally joined The Marketing Arm as the Director of Operations, where they are currently responsible for managing operations within the company.

Sally Pearson completed their education at three different institutions. Sally attended Wilmot High School from 1997 to 2001, where they did not obtain a degree or study a specific field. From 2001 to 2005, Sally pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies at the University of Minnesota. Sally then went on to attend the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public and International Affairs (GSPIA) from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Masters degree in International Development.
