Tara Monnig Hardesty is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector. As the Founder of The Marketing Method Group, Inc. since January 2005, Tara has developed strategic marketing leadership tailored to align with business goals. From January 2018 to January 2021, Tara served as a Kahilla Advisor, focusing on advancing gender and racial equity in the corporate landscape. Prior roles include Vice President of Marketing at Madison Marquette, where Tara managed marketing for over 15 West Coast retail environments, and Director of Marketing at Donahue Schriber, overseeing a diverse portfolio of retail properties.
