Xinyan F.

Xinyan F. is a skilled content designer and UX designer with a solid background in journalism and information systems. Currently working as a content designer at The Markup and The Knowledge Media Design Institute since August and September 2023, respectively, Xinyan F. has previously held roles as a UX designer at the Investigative Journalism Foundation and Shu from Yunnan, and as a social media fellow at Fortune. Earlier experience includes public relations work at BCW Global and internal communications at DiDi. Xinyan F. is pursuing a Master of Information in Information Systems and Design & UX Design at the University of Toronto, following a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Emerson College.
