Charles Pacheco, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Charles currently serves as the Director of Digital Transformation at The Marlin Alliance, Inc., where they are responsible for identifying the need for and overseeing the implementation of innovative solutions for technical and business challenges. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Program Manager for Technical Strategy at NAVWAR, leading multiple enterprise-wide Digital Transformation projects.

Before joining The Marlin Alliance, Pacheco worked as a Senior Business and Technical Strategist at Client Solution Architects, where they initiated and led a Navy-wide data stream consolidation effort. Charles also served as a Sr. Corporate Strategist at SEMMAC, conceptualizing and executing strategic growth initiatives in the transportation market.

Charles Pacheco, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from UC San Diego, which they completed in 2015. During their time at UC San Diego, their field of study focused on Business Administration, Management, Strategy, and Operations. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Charles earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2003.
