Baris Topuzlu has served as the Group IT Director at The Marmara Group since January 2010, overseeing significant projects including the implementation of a Performance Management System and the migration to a cloud-based hotel management system. Topuzlu previously held the position of Group IT Coordinator and has received multiple CIO Awards for contributions to projects in areas such as enterprise performance management and metaverse innovations for hospitality. With a strong educational background including an MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University and various degrees in Computer Studies, Secondary Education, and Management, Topuzlu maintains responsibility for IT budget planning, cybersecurity, and the management of IT infrastructure across multiple hotel properties.
