Joe Crum has a diverse and extensive work experience, primarily in marketing and eCommerce. Joe has held the position of Director of Marketing & eCommerce at multiple companies, including The Marmon Group, Commercial Zone Products, and Retail Space Solutions, all starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at IEWC from 2012 to 2019, where they held various roles such as Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Marketing Director. At IEWC, Joe established corporate strategy and led global marketing efforts, including strategic planning and brand positioning. Joe also launched a comprehensive eCommerce solution and implemented a new product introduction process. Before IEWC, Joe worked at Direct Supply from 2005 to 2012, where they held positions such as Senior Director of Customer Marketing and Director of Product Management. At Direct Supply, they built and managed teams, developed expertise in sales and customer interaction, identified market trends, and led comprehensive marketing plans and product development activities.
Joe Crum has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Iowa. Joe has also completed an Executive Education program in Building New Businesses in Established Organizations from Harvard Business School. Joe has undertaken further Executive Education programs at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, specializing in Innovative CIO. Joe has also obtained a Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University. Additionally, Joe has completed an Executive Education program in Pricing Optimization at Texas A&M University and another one in Product Manager Imperatives at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
