Will Smylie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations & Continuous Improvement for the Metals Group at Marmon Holdings, Inc., Will previously held the position of Director of Operations & Continuous Improvement at Future Metals. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Special Projects at US Strategic Metals, and Sr. Continuous Improvement Manager at U.S. Silica Company. Will's early career included roles at CEMEX focused on operational excellence in logistics, as well as consultancy with Six Sigma methodologies at Burns & McDonnell. Additional experience stems from Bell Flight in continuous improvement and supply management roles, and a foundational tenure in the United States Air Force as a Contracting Supervisor and Armory Program Manager. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Lamar University, an Executive Education degree from Rice Business, and associate degrees in Criminal Justice and Contracts Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
