Theodore Goldman

Theodore Goldman, Ph.D., is a seasoned Senior Consultant at Martec Group, where expertise includes market research, strategic planning, and business consulting since February 2005. As President of Goldman Development Group, Inc. since January 2002, Theodore focuses on workshops, training, and coaching programs aimed at enhancing business results, particularly in innovation. Prior leadership roles include Past President of the Chemical Development and Marketing Association from 2009 to 2013 and Manager of Research Training and Development at Rohm and Haas Company, where significant advancements in continuing education and research management were achieved. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from New York University, along with a Certificate in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Organic Photochemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
