Russell Sprague

Russell Sprague has extensive experience in transportation and operations management within the food distribution industry. Currently serving as General Manager at Martin Brower since November 2018, Russell oversees a team of 190 Union drivers across two states and manages an office staff of 13 while handling multiple service contracts for a fleet of over 200 vehicles. Prior to this role, Russell was the Transportation Manager at Golden State Foods from March 2017 to November 2018, where responsibilities mirrored those at Martin Brower following the company's acquisition. Earlier experience includes serving as Driver Manager at Young's Market Company from July 2014 to March 2017, managing 50 Union drivers, and as Delivery Driver/Transportation Supervisor at Sysco Los Angeles, where Russell began as a driver in 1998 and was promoted to Supervisor in 2005.
