Caitlin Tracy, MBA, currently serves as a Strategy Specialist at The Martin Group since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Marketing Graduate Assistant at The Women's Business Center at Canisius College and Marketing Intern at Paramax Corporation. Caitlin has also held internships at Ingram Micro and Red Door Real Estate WNY, complemented by a position as Communications Director at St. Michael’s Church. While studying at SUNY Geneseo, Caitlin worked as a Social Media Intern and was a Student Involvement Mentor. Additional experiences include working as an intern at Girls on the Run International and a Support Associate at Tory Burch. Caitlin holds a Master of Business Administration from Canisius University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from SUNY Geneseo, along with a study abroad experience at the University of Oxford. Educational background includes a high school diploma from Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart.
