Caroline Collins

Caroline Collins, MHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Board Member for the Society for Human Resource Management in Columbia, SC, and as a Member of the SHRM Executive Network. Since June 2023, Caroline has held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Marwin Company, Inc. Prior experience includes a multi-faceted role at Republic Services from October 2013 to June 2023, where Caroline worked as a Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager. Additionally, Caroline has been involved with the Center for Women and Miller-Motte College as a Board Member and Advisory Committee Member, respectively. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications from the College of Charleston and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University, along with a Real Estate degree from Fortune Real Estate Academy.
