Mary Hey

Mary Hey, MSM, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Oliver Gospel since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of Vice President Human Resources at The Marwin Company, Inc. from December 2020 to March 2023 and also worked as a Corporate Director Of Human Resources within the same organization. Mary has extensive consulting experience from October 2017 to December 2020 at Community Chest Consulting, providing strategic direction for small businesses and grassroots non-profits. A diverse background includes various human resources leadership roles at Encompass Health, Dominican Sisters, Family Promise of Grand Rapids, DaVita Kidney Care, Trivalent Group Inc., and the YMCA Greater Grand Rapids. Mary holds a Master's in Management from Cornerstone University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the same institution and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Grand Rapids Community College.
