Concurrently, Charlie has led CTC International Ltd since 2010, providing management contracts and consultancy services to the European spa sector. Previous leadership roles include Chairman of the UK Spa Association, Group Spa Consultant at QHotels, Operations Director at Aromatherapy Associates, and Head of Health & Beauty at Virgin Active. Charlie's extensive experience encompasses strategic planning, operational management, and revenue optimization across various prestigious brands and locations. Charlie holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Southampton.
