Ryann Shiers

Ryann Shiers has a diverse work experience. Ryann worked as a Project Manager at The Mastermind Group from May 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Project Specialist at Telstra from August 2016 to March 2019. In this role, they supported project management and implementation activities, documented process flows, created support materials, resolved discrepancies, generated reports, chaired meetings, and managed various platforms. Ryann also participated in the Telstra Graduate Program, where they worked with three teams for six months each. Ryann was a Project Coordinator in the Facilities Remediation team, responsible for the project management of site remediation for a Defence site. Additionally, Ryann worked as a Porter/Hospital Orderly at Macquarie University Hospital from April 2012 to October 2014. In this role, they transported patients and hospital equipment, assisted nurses, managed tasks, and provided end-to-end patient care.

Ryann Shiers completed their education at Macquarie University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology in Business Information Systems. Ryann attended this university from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Loyola College from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a Victorian Certificate of Education. In addition to their formal education, Ryann has also obtained several certifications, including "Excel 2016: Macros in Depth," "Power BI Essential Training," and "Change Management for Projects." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in May 2019 (Excel 2016: Macros in Depth and Power BI Essential Training) and April 2019 (Change Management for Projects).
