Tonja Martin is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer support and sales coordination. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at The Math Learning Center since October 2015, Tonja ensures timely delivery of products and services, handles customer inquiries, and collaborates with team members. Prior to this role, Tonja worked at Traeger Pellet Grills, LLC for over a decade in various capacities, including Sales Support Specialist/EDI Coordinator and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included managing EDI accounts, providing customer support, and handling HR functions. Tonja also has experience as a Receptionist at Traeger Industries Inc., demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management. Tonja holds an Associate's degree in Psychology from Chemeketa Community College.
