Rob Almeida

Rob Almeida has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Rob is currently working as the Director of Talent and Development at The Mather Group, LLC, starting in December 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of People & Culture at LG Group from January 2023 to December 2023.

Before transitioning into senior leadership positions, Rob worked at Kovitz from September 2020 to January 2023, serving as a Senior Human Resources Associate and then as a Human Resources Associate. Rob gained experience as an HR Representative at James Hardie Building Products from November 2019 to May 2020.

In addition, Rob worked as an HR Coordinator at Chicago Public Schools from November 2018 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Front End Area Merchandiser at Mariano's from March 2018 to November 2018 and was promoted to Service Operations Manager - Human Resources, a position they held from July 2014 to March 2018.

Rob Almeida attended Pomona College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology.
