Megan Henschen

Megan Henschen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the workers' compensation field, currently serving as a Senior State Fund Account Executive at The Matrix Companies since February 2014. In this role, Megan manages active claims, develops risk strategies, and advises clients on various BWC programs. Prior to this position, Megan held multiple roles within The Matrix Companies, including 15k Coordinator and Intake Specialist, where administrative and clerical support was provided. Previous experience includes a position as Collector I at Navient, where account collections were managed, along with customer service roles at Dave & Buster's, Krazy City, and A. J. Wright. Megan holds an Associate of Arts degree from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, obtained between 2007 and 2012.
