Joe Lugo

Joe Lugo has an extensive work experience in operations and sales. Joe currently holds the position of Executive Vice President of Operations at TEC Services since October 2021. Before that, they worked at The Matworks as Vice President of Operations and National Director of Operations from March 2015 to February 2020 and from February 2020 onwards, respectively. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Sales & Operations at Phoenix Services, LLC from December 2013 to February 2015 and as Senior Director of Operations at Prestige Maintenance USA from July 2011 to August 2013. Joe Lugo began their career at Principal Building Services, LLC as Vice President of Operations, where they worked for a remarkable thirty years from January 1981 to January 2011.

Joe Lugo has studied Communications/Business at American Metropolitan Jobs. Joe has also obtained certifications as an IICRC Certified Technician from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification and as an RBSM from the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).
