Toby Pullen is an experienced property and asset management professional with a strong background in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Director of Property at The Max Barney Estate since March 2018, Toby oversees a diverse portfolio that includes Shoreditch offices, Central London licensed and leisure properties, East London industrial and logistics sites, as well as retail and residential assets. Prior to this role, Toby held the position of Director of Property and Asset Management at Aitch Group, where responsibilities included managing the Aitch Estates portfolio and contributing to the initiation of the Vive Living PRS Scheme. Toby's extensive experience also encompasses a decade as Asset Management Director at Sellar Development, focusing on notable projects like the London Bridge Quarter and other key developments. Earlier in the career, Toby worked as a Senior Surveyor at CBRE and began as a Graduate Trainee at Atkins, following an education at Reading Blue Coat School and the University of the West of England, earning a BSc in Valuation & Estate Management.

We know that's not always possible. With us, a six month deposit is all you need and you’re in! FAST We won’t have you twiddling your thumbs while the lawyers draft your lease. Our dedicated legal team can turn around your lease in a matter of days so you’re ready to go as soon as you want. FULLY TRANSPARENT We don’t charge for a myriad of extra services. We understand it's important to keep costs down when you’re growing a business so we keep our service charges to a minimum and when they are necessary we’ll explain what you’re paying for. FLEXIBLE Most landlords like long leases, that suits them but may not help you. We appreciate that if your business does grow your work-space requirements will change. We're happy to include break options so if you do need more space later we can help you grow within our estate. FREEDOM Businesses are a bit like people, each with their own individual character, needs and wants.
