Paula Boultbee

Paula Boultbee has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and board governance. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors and Board President at The Max Foundation since January 2015, Paula has been instrumental in developing donation programs. As the Principal and Owner of PTB Consulting LLC since October 2014, Paula provides consulting services for organizations commercializing pharmaceutical products. Previously, Paula held significant positions, including Chief Commercial Officer at Oncopeptides AB, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Pharmacyclics, and Board Member at Isofol Medical AB. Additional roles include ownership of MktRx, Inc., marketing consultancy, and leadership positions at Amgen, Novartis Oncology, and Pharmacia/Pfizer, contributing to strategic marketing and commercialization efforts across various organizations. Paula holds a BSN from Mälardalens University.
