Ina A. Ramos

Ina A. Ramos, PhD, MPH, currently serves as the Director of the ATOD Prevention Center at Bowie State University since July 2022. Previously, Ina held various roles at The MayaTech Corporation, including Senior Technical Consultant and Senior Technical Associate, beginning in November 2018. Ina's extensive experience includes serving as the Contract and Fiscal Monitor and Director of Programs and Finance at The Maryland Center at Bowie State University from March 2007 to December 2019, as well as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Bowie State University from August 2007 to December 2018. Ina began a career in community health as an AmeriCorps Community HealthCorp Member at Unity Health Care from August 2005 to July 2006 and contributed as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Center for Minority Health from 2003 to 2005. Ina holds a PhD in Behavioral and Community Health from the University of Maryland, an MPH in Behavioral and Community Health Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BS in Psychology from Bowie State University.
