Carl Addy has a vast and diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. carl is currently the Executive Creative Director at The Mayda Creative Co., a role they have held since September 2021. Prior to that, they founded HVY MNTHL in 2018. From 2012 to 2021, they worked as a Director at Mill +. Before that, they were the Creative Director at The Mill from 2010 to 2018. carl also held the position of Creative group head at iris London from 2008 to 2010. Previously, they served as the Design Director at The Ebeling Group for a brief period in 2006. In 2003, they co-founded Harmless & Domesticated and worked there until 2006. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Partner & Creative Lead at Produce Interactive. Their career began as an Art Director at Ogilvy & Mather in 1998. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Art Director at I.C.O. (International Concept Organization) from 1995 to 1997.

Carl Addy attended the Red & Yellow School of Advertising from 1998 to 1999, where they completed a postgraduate degree in Advertising.
