Stephen Hursthouse

Stephen Hursthouse is an experienced professional in the field of real estate and development. Currently serving as VP of Studio Real Estate for The MBS Group in the UK and Ireland since May 2021, Stephen also holds the position of Managing Director at Red Fox Real Estate, a role undertaken since February 2015, which focuses on property development and consultancy services. Previously, Stephen was a Senior Development Manager at Be First Regeneration Limited from January 2018 to May 2021, where involvement included the development of Made In Dagenham Studios. Earlier career positions include Director of Development Consulting & Agency at DTZ from February 2005 to February 2015 and Senior Surveyor at CB Richard Ellis from September 1999 to October 2003. Stephen earned an MA in Property Valuation & Law from City, University of London, and a BSc in Special Geography from the University of Hull.
