Doug Beauchamp

Doug Beauchamp has over 10 years of experience in operations and warehouse management. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director of Operations at K.G. International, where they were responsible for devising and deploying plans for business development, customer service, purchasing activities, and supply chain operations. During this time, they increased sales for the company by creating and executing effective sales strategies, and transformed two companies from a 25K square foot facility to a 48K square foot facility through strategic building renovations, warehouse layout / racking, and furniture / phone / IT equipment purchasing. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Director of Warehouse and Fulfillment Operations at ProGraphics Communications, where they delivered exceptional performance in managing warehouse operations with a keen focus on meeting and exceeding organizational objectives. During this time, they boosted Pick / Pack orders from 1100 to 2200 on a monthly basis by developing a new Fulfilment Center, and optimized overall performance by leading, training, and mentoring cross-functional teams. Since 2015, they have been the Operations Director at The McGee Group, where they are responsible for planning, establishing, and steering execution of day-to-day operational processes aimed at eliminating hurdles and increasing productivity. Doug has saved $200K annually in international airfreight and $30K in ocean freight annually by selecting a new 3PL provider for international logistics, and ensured $500k inventory reduction through strategic Avercast implementation, while coordinating with purchasing team.

Doug Beauchamp obtained their BS in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. Doug also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they obtained in February 2013.
