Michael Heuwetter

Michael Heuwetter has worked in a variety of roles in the past 25 years. From 1996 to 1998, they held the role of Senior Staff Resident at Purdue University. In 1998, they completed a National Sales Internship at Continental Airlines. From 2000 to 2004, they were a Schedule Planner at United Airlines. From 2004 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Heuwetter Consulting. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Manager of Maintenance and Facilities at ADCO International Plastics. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Senior Director of Operations at Alpha Comm Enterprises. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Fabrication Production Supervisor at Hoshizaki America. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Supervisor of Production at GLOCK, Inc. and is currently the Plant Manager and Production Factory Manager at The McGee Group. In these roles, they have managed activities related to manufacturing, assembly, finishing, production planning, product repairs, and more. Michael has also been responsible for first-line direction of non-exempt employees, review of production schedules, material and manpower resources, and ensuring employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.
