Chad Boraca

Chad Boraca has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant package insurance business. Chad has worked as the National Program Director for The McGowan Companies since April 2018, where they are responsible for various aspects including sales, operations, underwriting, marketing, and loss prevention. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Development at Mobotory from July 2017 to April 2018. From March 2015 to July 2017, they served as the Senior Director of Loss Prevention & Safety at Besnard & Associates. Before that, they were the Director of Risk Management & Operations at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. from August 2013 to March 2015. Chad also has experience as the Vice President - Program Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. from October 2007 to July 2013, where they oversaw various operations related to sales, marketing, underwriting, and service delivery. Chad worked as a Loss Prevention Consultant at AmCOMP from September 2005 to October 2007, providing loss prevention and risk management services to clients in various industries. Chad was a Risk Control Representative at Society Insurance from November 2003 to September 2005, specializing in risk assessments for commercial accounts. Chad also served as a Senior Loss Prevention Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance from October 1998 to October 2003, managing loss prevention functions for a multi-jurisdictional book of business.

Chad Boraca attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health.
