Russ Johnston

Russ Johnston has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Russ is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at The McGowan Companies, a role they have held since May 2023. Before that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Conway Holdings Group from September 2021 to May 2023. Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Russ was a Realtor and Real Estate Investor at Keller Williams Realty Charleston and worked as a Golf Professional at High Point Country Club. Russ Johnston received a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management from The University of Akron between 2000 and 2004. Russ then pursued further education at Fuller Theological Seminary, where they obtained a Master of Divinity (MDiv) degree specializing in Theology. This educational journey took place from 2009 to 2014.
