Thomas Cioletti

Thomas Cioletti is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in underwriting, program management, and product development. Currently serving as a Program Manager at The McGowan Companies since May 2023, Thomas previously held the position of Vice President of Underwriting and Operations at TRICHOME™ from March 2021 to June 2023. Additional experience includes roles as VP of Product Development and Marketing at Signature Marketing Group LTD and multiple underwriting positions at Topa Insurance Company and Cannabis Insurance. Thomas also owned an insurance agency, providing a range of financial services, and has culinary expertise as a former Pastry Chef at Incanto Restaurant & Wine Bar. Thomas holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy and a High School Diploma from Wayne Hills High School.
