Marc Flury has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations and research institutions. In their most recent role as Director of Strategic Analytics at The McGuire Group Health Care Facilities, they are responsible for overseeing analytics initiatives. Prior to that, they served as Director of Quality Management at Oneida Health and Director of Quality and Performance Improvement at Rome Health. Marc also has an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Erie Community College, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they have achieved a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from the American Society for Quality in 2020, a Paralegal Principles and Procedures Certificate from Millard Fillmore College in 2012, and a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) from IHI in December 2020. Marc is also pursuing a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification from the National Association for Healthcare Quality.
