Ralph Rosso

Ralph Rosso, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The McGuire Group Health Care Facilities since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ralph held various positions at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center from April 2017 to August 2023, where responsibilities included Director and Manager of Budget. Ralph's experience also includes serving as a Business Advisor at Kaleida Health, and a Senior Consultant and Audit Associate with Freed Maxick CPAs, P.C., focusing on the healthcare sector. Earlier career experience encompasses an Accountant position with Erie County and an internship at North American Breweries, Inc. Ralph holds an MBA in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Niagara University, completing the latter in 2011.
