Stephen Watchorn CPM has extensive experience in the self-storage and multi-family housing sectors. Since June 2007, Stephen has served as Vice President of Self Storage at The McKee Group, overseeing operations for seven A Storage Depot locations and managing new construction projects from concept to completion. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations, where Stephen effectively planned and executed operational activities, and Director of Operations at U-Haul International, Inc. Earlier experience includes serving as Self Storage Director at Public Storage and District Manager, managing a portfolio of 12 properties with over 5,000 units in the Northeast Market. Stephen holds a degree from Widener University.
